What Is An NVQ?
NVQ stands for National Vocational Qualification and is seen as the gold standard qualification for vocational courses in the UK, their value both in the United Kingdom and abroad are widely recognised by employers. NVQs can be studied for and obtained while “on the job”, they allow already qualified workers to add to their industry knowledge due to the flexibility of the courses, however people new to their industries can also benefit from this flexibility to make a start building to a new job! A range of course start times are available to you through Rutledge where we will assist and guide you every step of the way.
How Does Studying for an NVQ with Rutledge Work?
A series of modules are at the core of all NVQ qualifications – these will be outlined to you when you start your course, by your tutor(s) to successfully outline the goals and requirements you need to meet over the course of your studies. Your tutor will be there to support and guide you, evaluating your work and ensuring your output is up to standard before any assessments – our tutors are passionate about their subjects and will work with you, as well as push you, to meet your goals. We pride ourselves on positive and engaging learning environments throughout our branches and for those who are new to their industry they are studying for, we do our best to facilitate employer visits and interaction through the duration of your study period.
